3-6 pm: Roaming street performer 

3-6 pm: Trick or Treating at participating merchants

3-6 pm: Halloween games on Draper and College with Blacksburg Parks n Rec

4-7 pm: Boograss on the Draper Sidewalk Stage

5:00 pm: Dog Costume Contest at Parks and Rec tent on College Ave.

5:30 pm: Costume Contest - Henderson Lawn Stage, across from Lyric Theatre
